Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Booking Fee's are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the specified timeframe.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

If late by 15 Minutes or more, appointment will be cancelled and booking fee will be kept to cover costs.

Clients must be 18 years or older to book services involving semi-permanent makeup or laser treatments. Proof of age may be required.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the treatment.

Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should consult with their physician before booking any treatments.​

All appointments must be booked in advance through our official booking channels.

A non-refundable booking fee will be taken before the treatment to secure your booking, which will be applied to your total treatment cost.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling. In some cases arriving later than 15 mins can result in loss of booking fee.

Results from semi-permanent makeup, laser treatments, or other beauty procedures may vary based on individual skin types, aftercare, and other factors.

Aftercare instructions will be provided after each treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions to achieve optimal results.

Lenka’s Beauty Room is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

Lenka’s Beauty Room adheres to strict hygiene and safety protocols, including the use of sterilized tools and high-quality products.

Clients displaying symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough) are requested to reschedule their appointments for the safety of everyone.

GlowInk is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and satisfactory treatments, results are not guaranteed due to individual variations.

Payment is required in full at the end of the treatment unless otherwise stated.
